These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your school's access to and use of Ozzun School Management Software ("the Service"), provided by Ozzun ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, your school agrees to these Terms.
Ozzun provides a cloud-based school management platform covering admissions, student records, attendance, fees, examinations, payroll, communication and related modules, accessible via web browser and our Android/iOS apps.
Each school designates an administrator who manages staff, parent and student accounts under role-based permissions. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for keeping login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of an account.
Ozzun is offered on a custom quote basis depending on student count, campuses and selected modules, as agreed with your school separately. Fees, billing cycle and payment method will be confirmed in your quote or order form. Non-payment may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.

Student, parent and staff data entered into the Service remains the property of the subscribing school. Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may connect with third-party tools such as WhatsApp, biometric attendance devices, and payment partners like OneBillGate. Use of these integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
Either party may terminate the agreement as outlined in your subscription order. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window for your school to export its data before deletion.
To the extent permitted by law, Ozzun is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your school in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
